The following terms and conditions apply if you choose to pay in installments (a "Payment Plan") in connection with the Interstellar Festival LLC and its corresponding events. The words "you" "your" and “Purchaser” apply to the person buying tickets and any other goods or services pursuant to the Payment Plan, and "RT," "we," "us" and "our'' apply to Ready Ticketing, LLC. We recommend that you save a copy of these terms for your records. The Payment Plan is an agreed upon payment installment and is not an extension of credit.
The Interstellar Festival, Interstellar Festival LLC (“Interstellar Festival”), is offering on a limited basis, the option to reserve, then later purchase, General Admission, VIP, and Camping tickets to Interstellar Festival 2022 via a “Payment Plan”. The Payment Plan allows for installments payable over a fixed period of time as specified, and pursuant to the applicable terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. The total sum of the Payment Plan includes (i) the face value of the ticket and (ii) service charges. If the Purchaser does not agree with the applicable fees above, do not enroll in the Payment Plan for the Interstellar Festival 2022.
The Payment Plan shall be paid in monthly installments as follows: (i) Payment 1 is due upon enrolling into the Payment Plan, and (ii) Additional payments must be paid by the due date of every month. Your applicable due dates, order and pricing information can be found here. If your payments are declined for any reason, in whole or in part, then all of the following will apply: (i) Purchaser’s order and Purchaser’s ticket reservation will be permanently and officially canceled following Interstellar Festival’s cancelation email notification to Purchaser of the failed payment attempt(s) and following an opportunity by Purchaser to update the credit card information on file within 2 weeks out from Interstellar Festival; (ii) The remaining portion of the Purchaser’s initial deposits or prior payment(s) shall be refunded back to the credit card on file for the Payment Plan order, less processing and service fees charged by us. Purchaser acknowledges and agrees that, until ALL payments required hereunder are made in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth herein, Purchaser’s enrollment and participation in the Payment Plan operates ONLY as a ticket reservation and not as an actual ticket purchase. Throughout the term of the Payment Plan, the Purchaser’s ticket order shall be reserved until final payment is received, and ONLY at such time, will the Purchaser’s tickets be defined as officially purchased. Such purchase shall then be scheduled for delivery in accordance with Interstellar Festival’s standard shipping, delivery and pick-up rules, terms and conditions.
The Purchaser must be at least 18 years of age or older in order to participate in Interstellar Festival’s Payment Plan. Enrollment in, and use of, the Payment Plan services shall be void where prohibited and participation in Interstellar Festival’s Payment Plan shall only be available to online users.
Only a limited number of tickets/passes will be available for the Interstellar Festival’s Payment Plan and individuals eligible to enroll in the payment plan shall be determined on a first come, first served basis. Interstellar Festival may at any time, and with or without advanced notice, increase or decrease the number of tickets available under the Payment Plan, terminate or discontinue offering the Payment Plan service.
The payment plan shall be administered by Ready Ticketing LLC and Spiffy, Interstellar Festival’s authorized ticketing administrators and payment processor, Stripe. All inquiries relating to either Payment Plan transactions as processed by Spiffy, or to purchaser’s participation in the payment plan must be directed to Spiffy for handling. CONSENT TO ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS
By choosing “I agree to these terms” below, you consent to receive disclosures from us electronically through this website under the terms set forth in this Consent. You agree that we may provide electronically any and all communications concerning your tickets and/or any payment plan you may enter into as well as any disclosures required by federal or state law (the “Disclosures”). Your consent applies not only to the tickets and any payment plan but also to any ancillary agreement related to these and to any future tickets or payment plans you may obtain through us.
To electronically receive and view and electronically save or print the Disclosures, you must have: a personal computer with Internet access; a widely-used, recent-generation web browser; and a printer, hard drive or other storage device. You represent that you have this hardware and software.
Prior to purchasing the tickets, you may withdraw your consent to receipt of electronic disclosures by exiting this website. If you do this, you will not be able to purchase tickets from us. To withdraw your consent after this time, send an email stating that you withdraw your consent to receipt of electronic disclosures to us through info@interstellarfest.com. Include your name, address, and invoice number in any such request. You have the option to receive any information that we have provided electronically in paper form at no cost to you.
